Our 60-Day Guarantee
We want you to finish your kit and be glad you started it. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a full refund of what you paid.
You do not need to send the kit back. Our kits are meant to be opened and worked on, so we do not ask you to return anything, repackage it, or pay for return shipping. Keep the kit and we will refund you.
How to request a refund
Email us at infocraftfolkco@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The name or email address used on the order
- A short note about what went wrong
We reply to every request within 2 business days. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we told you your refund was approved and you still do not see it, email us and we will chase it with you.
Damaged, incomplete or incorrect orders
Please open your kit when it arrives and check that everything on the list is inside. If your kit is damaged, missing a piece, or is not what you ordered, email us at infocraftfolkco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and attach a photo of what you received.
We will send a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You will never be asked to return anything or pay shipping in these cases.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item instead, request a refund on the one you have and place a new order. That is the fastest way to get what you want without waiting on a return.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge until they are packed, usually within 1 business day of purchase. Email us as soon as you can and we will try to catch it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it is covered by the 60-day guarantee above.
Packages returned to us
If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, incomplete, or went unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment or issue a refund.
Exceptions
This guarantee applies to products bought directly from craftfolkco.com. It can be used once per customer for the same product, and does not cover requests made more than 60 days after delivery.
Gift cards, if offered, are not refundable.
