Where we ship
We ship worldwide to most countries. If your country does not appear at checkout, email us at infocraftfolkco@gmail.com and we will let you know whether we can reach you.
We do not ship to PO boxes or to APO/FPO military addresses.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase. For other countries, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Every kit is checked before it leaves us, piece by piece, against the packing list. That check takes 3 to 4 business days from the moment you order.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery takes 6 to 8 business days for most countries.
That means the usual total, from the day you order to the day it arrives, is 9 to 12 business days.
These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Customs processing, weather, carrier backlogs and holiday season volume can add time, and delivery to remote or rural areas often takes a few days longer. If your order is running behind, email us and we will find out exactly where it is.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to start showing movement, which is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
If 15 business days have passed since you ordered and tracking still shows nothing, email us at infocraftfolkco@gmail.com. We will open a claim with the carrier and either reship your kit or refund you in full.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, customs fees or local taxes are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs clearance can also add several days to delivery.
For United States orders there are no customs duties. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away: we can almost always correct it while the order is still being prepared.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because the address was wrong, incomplete or went unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment or issue a refund.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking says delivered but you cannot find your package, check with your household, neighbors and building manager first, then contact us within 7 days and we will help you trace it.
If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or refund you in full. You will never be asked to return anything or pay shipping in these cases.
