This website is operated by Craft Folk Co, a brand of Ossadia Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "you" and "your" refer to you, the user or customer.
By visiting craftfolkco.com or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional terms and policies referenced here, such as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or country of residence, to make a purchase on this site. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
Products and pricing
We do our best to display our products, their colors and their contents as accurately as possible. Your screen may render colors differently, and small natural variations in materials such as felt, thread and wood are normal and are not defects.
All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if the product is unavailable, or if the order violates these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, product photography, illustrations, patterns, instructions, logos and the Craft Folk Co name, is our property or is used under license, and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Your kit is for personal, non-commercial use. You are welcome to keep, gift or photograph what you make, and to share it on social media. You may not reproduce our patterns or instructions for resale, mass production, or commercial distribution.
User-submitted content
If you send us reviews, photos, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business, including on our website and in marketing. You confirm the content is yours to share and does not violate anyone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion, and we are under no obligation to publish or keep any submission.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free. Material on this site is provided for general information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a decision. We may change the site's content at any time without notice.
Age and supervision
Our kits contain small parts and, in some cases, needles or other sharp tools. They are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Children working on a kit should be supervised by an adult.

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to infringe our intellectual property or that of others, to submit false or misleading information, to upload malicious code, to collect or track the personal information of others, or to interfere with the security features of the site.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Except as required by law and except for our 60-day guarantee described in our Refund Policy, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
